Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
We’ll immediately confirm that your item is in stock and ready to ship. If it’s on backorder or unavailable, we’ll void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email to explore alternatives.
If your item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we’ll process the payment and start preparing your order.
Order Shipment
Orders that are in stock and paid for will ship within three business days from the date of your order.
Shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you don’t receive shipping confirmation within four business days, feel free to reach out to us at:

International Orders
Please note that our products are made for the United States market and operate on 110V electrical systems.
While our products meet U.S. safety certifications, they may not be certified for use in other countries. That said, we’re happy to ship internationally!
Due to varying sizes and weights, please contact us for a custom international shipping quote. If you're happy with the quote, we’ll create an order and process it through our secure online checkout.
Damages
Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for the package—or refuse delivery altogether.
If you do accept the package and find damage, take clear photos of the packaging and product as soon as possible.
Email your damage photos to sales@coolersandkegs.com, then visit our Returns Page to file your return claim.
