Easy Returns
While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for. That’s why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.
If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at sales@coolersandkegs.com with your order number. We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.
Please Note:
You, the customer, will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for any item(s) you wish to return.
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email notification that your refund has been processed.
Return Condition Requirements:
To receive a refund, all returned items must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must include all original packaging and accessories.
"Like New" means no visual signs of wear or use.
If items are returned with visible damage or usage wear, they will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Damages
If your product arrives damaged, make note of it immediately upon delivery and email photos to sales@coolersandkegs.com on the same day.
Coolers & Kegs will cover the shipping cost for any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
To ensure a smooth return process, please retain all original packaging for items that may need to be returned.
All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before processing.
We’re committed to making sure you receive the correct, undamaged product as quickly as possible.
Please note: Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under a specific product warranty.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email us at sales@coolersandkegs.com or call 865-789-7603 as soon as possible.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after shipping will follow our 30 Day Return Policy and be subject to return shipping fees.

Some vendors or specific products may have unique return policies. These will be clearly noted in the product description or return info.

Certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for return.

Coolers & Kegs sells only to customers intending to use products for the duration of their natural life.
Orders made for temporary or single-use purposes (e.g., trade shows, conferences, or promotional events) are not eligible for return.
